Shaker Style Bedroom

This Shaker style bedroom set is made of solid maple, except for some large panels where maple veneered presswood and plywood are used.

The models were inspired by a promotional flyer showing a collection of Shaker style furniture. There are two night tables, a chest of drawers and an armoire.

The carcass was assembled using tenon and mortise joints. For the drawers, dovetail joints were used.

The set was finished with two coats of stain and three coats of varnish applied with an air gun.
